India Basin Design Ideas Competition

February 3, 2016 - The India Basin Design Ideas Competition boards have been posted to the competition website. The GGN team – which includes Rana Creek, Greenlee & Associates, Turnbull Griffin Haesloop, Alta Planning & Design, and Magnusson Klemenicic & Associates – is pleased to be one of five finalists, along with AECOM, Surfacedesign, Inc, SWA and Stanley Saitowitz/Natoma Architects, and Tom Leader Studio.

Public presentations by each of the teams will take place in San Francisco on Tuesday, January 26. The first will be from 12:30 – 2:00pm at SPUR, 654 Mission Street. The second will be from 5:30 – 7:00pm at Bret Harte Elementary, 1035 Gilman Avenue. The design ideas are also on exhibit at the EcoCenter at Heron's Head Park from January 13 - February 13. The India Basin Design Ideas Competition is led by the San Francisco Recreation and Parks Department and The Trust for Public Land, sponsored by Build Inc., and in partnership with San Francisco Parks Alliance.
