The current construction of these high-tension pylons began with winning an international competition for their concept and design. The pylons are to be installed in environmentally and visually sensitive areas throughout France. Pylon height varies proportionally with landscape constraints, with an average height of 50 meters. For the distinct forms, a concept was applied of a heron taking flight into the sky.
