Blaire Schille brings a deep curiosity and strong commitment to her work. By listening intently to foster understanding and trust, Blaire is skilled at creating space for meaningful dialogue. Her experience includes extensive collaboration with Tribal Nations and Indigenous communities, where she supports learning-based project definition and authentic consensus building. In all of her work, Blaire’s approach ensures that design outcomes reflect shared values and lived experience — shaping landscapes that honor culture, community, and ecological context.

With a background spanning marketing, architectural technology, and a Master of Architecture from the University of British Columbia, Blaire approaches each project through the lens of storytelling, place, and relationships.
